If you follow me on Instagram, you may have noticed that last weekend I used these adorable Scout Bags as gift bags. Since graduations are coming up, I thought I would share how to gift a Scout Bag as a gift bag.
Fun fact: did you know all of the models show on Scout’s website and social media are all Scout employees?! How cool!
Some of my favorite gifts that I’ve gotten were Scout Bags, so of course I jumped with the opportunity to work with them! They just came out with Gift Bags and they are SO amazing. My favorite thing about them is that you can put a gift inside of the Scout Bag, so the recipient gets two gifts in one! Plus, the Scout Gift Bags are inexpensive so it’s a great gift hack.
I actually did this for my friend Amanda’s birthday last summer. Scout Bags had made this ADORABLE Annapolis print, so I bought her a tote, filled it with some other small items, and gave it to her! There are seriously endless amounts of ways you can use the different sized Scout bags: from a makeup tote, to a medicine bottle holder, to a lunch box carrier, etc. Since graduation parties are quickly approaching, Scout Bags are the perfect gift bag because the bags are so versatile, they’re always a hit.
Here’s a few gifts I’m giving out in different sized Scout gift bags:
For the 21+ grad: an adorable Rose wine bottle in the Scout Wine Tote. (This brand of wine comes in a plastic bottle so it looks expensive, but it won’t break in your Scout gift bag)
For the grad who’s moving: a nice candle for their new home. Candles fit perfectly in the Scout Tiny Package. Extra points if the candle matches the colors on the Scout bag!
For the grad who’s hard to shop for: A subscription box in the Scout Large Package gift bag. There are so many different subscription boxes that it’s definitely possible to find one based off of their interests.
The wine tote gift bag is $7.50, the Tiny Package is $9.00, and the Large Package is $14.50. Pretty great considering you get another whole gift out of it, right?! The tiny package and large package can even be monogrammed to customize your gift even further!
I wholeheartedly stand behind my Scout Bags and use them almost every day. They’re perfect for the boat since they’re easy to wipe down. I also use them for Captain’s travel items since they’re large enough to fill. They can fold up and are pretty compact to keep them in my tiny apartment closet. Did I mention the prints are adorable?!?
On Scout’s website, it’s so easy to customize different bags with different prints. Some of my favorite prints from this collection are Feeling Nauti, Nantucket Navy, and Oxford Blues.
What I love most about Scout Bags is that you seriously need no effort to gift wrap your gift. Just place it in a Scout Bag and you have the perfect wrapping! I keep a ton of them in my closet and then pull them out when I’m running late and don’t have time to wrap.
If you want to get a Scout Gift Bag, use code “WRAPCOLORFULLY” for a free tote and free shipping anywhere in the U.S. on orders $50+!
If you were to be gifted a Scout Bag, what would you want filled in it? Let me know in the comments below!
If anyone from my family is reading this and looking to get me a grad gift when I graduate, I’d love a Scout Mat to hold Captain’s food and water bowl 😉
While this post was not sponsored, Scout Bags did provide the free bags in exchange for a Blog and Instagram post.
